Services

LBGE Website Factory provides professional website design, build, hosting, and ongoing management services, offered as one-time website packages and/or monthly managed subscriptions as described on our pricing page.

Website Packages & Payment

The amount and billing terms are shown before you confirm payment. Package scope, page counts, revision rounds, and warranty periods are as listed for each package at the time of purchase.

Managed Subscription (including the $0 Upfront Website)

Our managed website offering — including the $0 Upfront Website — is a managed subscription service, not a free website. There is no upfront build fee on the $0 Upfront plan, but an active $149/month subscription is required. Your professional website remains published and managed for as long as the subscription stays active. There is no buyout option for this plan. Your domain remains under your own ownership and control whenever practical.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When a managed-website subscription ends, the managed website is deactivated. Domains you own remain yours.

Limitation of Liability

LBGE Website Factory is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
